What our massages mean
Tantric massage
A slow full-body massage drawing on the tantric tradition. What matters is the rhythm of the breath and unhurried, attentive touch – not pace. Usually the longest and most complete of the sessions.
Nuru massage
A Japanese body-to-body technique. It is performed with an odourless gel made from nori seaweed, which makes the skin smooth and slippery and the movement continuous.
Lingam massage
A massage focused on the male intimate area, done calmly and attentively. “Lingam” is the Sanskrit term used in the tantric tradition.
Body to body massage
The masseuse works with her whole body, not only her hands – hence the name. It feels far closer than a massage done with hands alone.
Four hands massage
Two masseuses work at the same time, in a synchronised rhythm. The next movement is harder to anticipate, so the body lets go sooner.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, please book ahead – by phone or on WhatsApp. That way you get the time that suits you and we have the room ready for your arrival.
What languages do you speak?
Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian.
How long is a session and what does it include?
Sessions run from 30 to 120 minutes. The exact scope of each one – the techniques and the number of masseuses – is in the price list above.
How do I find the studio?
We are in central Warsaw, at Sienna 41, bell 24. Open every day from 11:00 to 06:00.
Do you offer sexual services?
No. Amara is a massage studio – we don’t offer sexual services.
Do I need to carry a loyalty card?
No. The REWARDO app is enough – you show a QR code from your phone and we scan it. The full terms are on a separate page.
